Job Summary
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Event and Experiential Marketing Lead to plan, develop, and execute engaging experiences for our retail and sneaker industry clients in Los Angeles, Dallas and Miami. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating unique experiences that showcase our clients' brands and products to target audiences.

About the Opportunity
TRILL’s client is a major sportswear and footwear retailer, passionate about creating experiences for its customers through exciting events, corporate social responsibility programming and storytelling at standalone flagship and mall locations, alike. Today, the agency handles experiential marketing responsibilities for the client’s Northern California (Oakland, San Francisco and Sacramento) Los Angeles, Dallas, and Miami markets. We are seeking a creative leader, who is aggressive, hands-on, and passionate about their craft, ready to take client visions from concept to reality. They are comfortable with uncomfortable scenarios; resourceful in trying situations, ready to solve problems in the face of adversity; and willing to serve as a guide to our clients seeking to differentiate themselves in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute events that align with clients' business objectives and marketing strategies.
Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including but not limited to vendor management, materials sourcing, budgeting, logistics, run of show creation, staffing and on-site management.
Collaborate with the agency team and clients to develop event concepts, themes, and branding elements.
Work closely with community partners and properties to identify opportunities for sponsorship and partnership.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
Manage master event task list and delegate responsibilities to supporting staff, as appropriate
Prepare client communications, including meeting agendas, written project updates, etc.
Conduct post-event analysis and provide recommendations for future events and campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our services.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in event and experiential marketing, preferably in the retail and sneaker industry. Concentration in the retail industry is not required.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and people simultaneously.
Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and develop unique event concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
Passion for sneakers and the retail industry is a plus.

The position is fully remote, with considerable travel.

Job Summary
As an Internal Communications Expert, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies for the agency’s nonprofit client. You will be expected to help create and maintain a clear and engaging internal communications plan that aligns with the client's overall goals and vision.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the client's internal teams to identify and analyze their internal communication needs and objectives.
Develop, implement, and maintain internal communication plans to ensure that employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the organization's mission, values, and strategic goals.
Develop engaging content strategies leveraging a mix of channels and mediums, such as internal newsletters, intranet updates, presentations, videos, and other communication tools.
Ensure that all communication efforts align with the client's brand and messaging guidelines.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts and provide regular reports to the client.
Manage crisis communication strategies and processes.
Stay up-to-date on communication best practices and identify opportunities to improve the client's internal communication processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or related fields, such as public relations, investor relations, and executive communications.
Strong understanding of internal communication best practices, techniques, and trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership and subject matter experts.
Experience with crisis communication management.
Experience with change management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with communication tools such as Intranet, CMS, and email marketing software.
Experience with communication metrics and analysis.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
